UK orders are shipped via Royal Mail second class service which has a 2-3 day delivery estimate.

RETURN POLICY
Any personalised items are non-refundable and there is no cooling-off period with these purchases in accordance with UK selling regulations.
Non-personalised items can be returned within 14 days of purchase provided it is unused and in a resellable condition. Please note that return costs are covered by the customer.
